Designed website for GTM agent. Contributed to product UX by co-designing a dashboard for the product, focusing on short term gains. Designed and maintained the company website and co-designed a product dashboard to improve customer experience. Created sales documentation and implementation guides that aligned customer pain points with product capabilities. Collected user feedback, identified usability issues, and collaborated with product and engineering teams to improve workflows while supporting product rollout by testing features and recommending usability improvements.
